Packing is the part of moving everyone underestimates — it takes the average household three to five full days, and it's where most damage happens. Our professional packers do in hours what takes you days, using commercial-grade materials, and everything we pack is covered on moving day. Choose full-service packing (we pack your entire home the day before your move), partial packing (we handle the kitchen, garage, and breakables — you do the rest), or fragile-only packing for china, artwork, TVs, and glass. Because we're the same licensed crew that moves you, there's no finger-pointing between packers and movers — one company, one point of accountability. Prefer to pack yourself? Payment
Payment is accepted in the form of cash, certified check, Afterpay or major credit card (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover). Personal checks are not accepted.
A deposit equal to the travel fee is due to reserve your move. Payment for the first two hours of service is due upon the arrival of the movers. Final payment is due upon completion of the move.
These averages are for estimation purposes only. Packing time depends on kitchen size, fragile items, and how much you want us to handle. Packing is billed at our standard hourly rates plus the materials used, and full packs are usually done the day before your move so moving day starts loading immediately.
Basic protection in the amount of $0.60 per pound is included free of charge on all moves. Customers can also purchase replacement value protection that will cover the replacement cost in the event that an item is damaged or lost.
Yes, we are fully licensed with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and we carry Cargo, Motor Vehicle, and General Liability Insurance.
We accept cash, certified checks, Afterpay and all major credit cards. (There is a 3% fee for credit card and Afterpay payments.)
