How Much Does a Move Cost in Cleveland?

There’s a two-hour minimum, billing starts when we arrive and stops when we finish (not warehouse-to-warehouse), and a one-time travel fee covers getting our truck and crew to you. No hidden charges, ever.
Starting rates (weekday, local):
- 2-mover crew + truck — from $150/hour. Best for studios, 1-bedroom apartments, and small loads.
- 3-mover crew + truck — from $205/hour. Best for 2-bedroom homes and apartments.
- 4-mover crew + truck — from $260/hour. Best for 3+ bedroom homes and larger moves.
Furniture disassembly and reassembly is included at no extra charge. Friday and Saturday moves, and moves during the busy end-of-month window (the 26th–5th), run slightly higher.
Because we bill by the hour with a two-hour minimum, you only pay for the time your move actually takes — so a lightly furnished home costs less than a packed one of the same size. There’s no flat “X-bedroom” fee that overcharges you for space you’re not using. Credit card and Afterpay payments include a 3% processing fee.
You’re also covered. Basic protection of $0.60 per pound is included free on every move. Want full peace of mind? Do you charge a travel fee or trip charge?
