Payment
Payment is accepted in the form of cash, certified check, Afterpay or major credit card (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover). Personal checks are not accepted.
A deposit equal to the travel fee is due to reserve your move. Payment for the first two hours of service is due upon the arrival of the movers. Final payment is due upon completion of the move.
These averages are for estimation purposes only. Many factors affect actual moving time, including freight-elevator scheduling, loading dock access, IT equipment, and building rules. For offices of 10+ workstations, we recommend a free on-site walkthrough so we can give you a firm written quote.
Basic protection in the amount of $0.60 per pound is included free of charge on all moves. Customers can also purchase replacement value protection that will cover the replacement cost in the event that an item is damaged or lost.
Yes, we are fully licensed with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and we carry Cargo, Motor Vehicle, and General Liability Insurance.
We accept cash, certified checks, Afterpay and all major credit cards. (There is a 3% fee for credit card and Afterpay payments.)
