Note : $10 hourly upcharge for Friday, Saturday and Sunday moves
1. There is no additional charge for furniture assembly / disassembly
2. Additional charges may be applied if objects require hoisting
3. Travel fee may be slightly higher for moves originating more than 30 miles from our warehouse
Payment
Payment is accepted in the form of cash, certified check, Afterpay or major credit card (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover). Personal checks are not accepted.
A deposit equal to the travel fee is due to reserve your move. Payment for the first two hours of service is due upon the arrival of the movers. Final payment is due upon completion of the move.
These averages are to be used for estimation purposes only. Many factors affect the actual moving time including flights of stairs, oversized furniture, smaller doorways, assembly/disassembly times, distance of walk to the truck, etc.
Valuation Protection
During your move, your goods are covered at a rate of .60 per pound as required by the Ohio Public Utilities Commission.
Additional Valuation Protection is offered at a small additional charge. (Click here for information on additional coverage)
Basic protection in the amount of .60 per item is included free of charge on all moves. Customers can also purchase replacement value protection that will cover the replacement cost in the event that an item is damaged or lost.
Yes, we are fully licensed with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and we carry Cargo, Motor Vehicle, and General Liability Insurance.
We accept cash, certified checks, Afterpay and all major credit cards. (There is a 3% fee for credit card and Afterpay payments.)
